We supply the NHS, local PCT's, colleges, universities, professional sports clubs as well as individual customers. All our products are covered by fully comprehensive warranties which include the cost of collection where necessary.
All our products are delivered to any UK address via courier immediately upon receiving your order (smaller individual orders under £20 such as oil holsters etc are sent Royal Mail). If we receive your order by 10am then we will ship the same day. If you include a mobile number with your order information we can text you with a delivery schedule. Please be aware that items over 5kg are all sent courier and the courier that we use treats UK Highlands and Islands as an overseas delivery therefore you will need to choose the international tarriff. If you are ordering from overseas we aim to deliver within 5 working days. Please note that our international tarriff currently only covers Highlands/Islands,Belgium,Denmark,mainland France,Germany,Republic of Ireland,Luxembourg,Monaco,Netherlands and Spain (excluding islands).For any other European countries there is a £500 minimum order value. Please email us if you require details on delivery charges to other areas. EU customers that are VAT registered will be zero rated for VAT on any orders: please contact us with your VAT registration details prior to ordering.
The refund will be processed within 30 days of the order date. Where goods have been returned in a poor state a 20% restocking fee shall apply. All goods sold via the internet are sold in accordance with the consumer protection (distance selling) Regulations 2000. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
If you find an identical item elsewhere for a cheaper total cost including delivery we will sell you the same item for the competitors price -10%. Please note that this offer is applicable to mainland UK orders only and does not include products that are special offers.
