Prior to retirement I have worked as a social worker/care manager down South and had come across a lot of poor care from agencies, who was apprehensive when Helen needed this help.
Dear all sorry for the delay in writing to thank you for the care and attention you gave my Husband Ron, he and I really appreciated your help a big thank you also to the management who found time to allow Joe and Sarah to attend his funeral. All who attended the funeral were very impressed to see them there in their uniforms and even more impressed when they spoke to the girls. I as you can imagine in drowning in paper work but trying to keep positive if any of the girls have the time or inclination to call around when passing I shall be pleased to see them.
Could I thank you and all your staff for all the help you have given my Mother over the years it has been greatly appreciated by my Mother and all her family, I would particularly like to thank Donna who provide my Mother with an excellent standard of service it was a great comfort to all of us that Donna was looking after my Mother. Ivan & Linda – want to thank the staff at HomeCare (Mellor) for the care given to our Dad Mr Timoroksa especial thanks to Jane, Sara and Elizabeth for forming such a special relationship with him, we take comfort knowing that he died in his own home being supported by staff who cared for him during his last few months. Thank you once again for all the care and concern you showed towards him we are truly grateful that he was so looked after by your team.
Hi there, I just wanted to say a huge thank you to all of your carers for looking after my mum and treating her so kindly and with such great respect. Unfortunately even your little angels weren’t enough to keep her at home but at least we tried and without you guys tribute would not have been at all possible. You are an amazing team doing an outstanding job which is not an easy one. My hat comes off to you all.
