Formed in December 1992 by Managing Director, Martyn Heath who spent some 8 years working for the Seiko-Epson Corporation as a Quality and Manufacturing Consultant. Based in Stafford, TOP Q has established an enviable reputation for the implementation of Lean methodology and formal management systems. We are also a Member of The Institute for Learning. Martyn has an MBA in TQM, is IOSH Certified for Managing Safely, a CITB Certified Site Supervisor, has a A1 Award for NVQ Assessments and a ILM Approved Tutor.
