Hello, and thank you for visiting my website. I’m Peter Phelps, and I help people to change their lives. I hope that doesn’t sound pompous – it’s not meant to – I just love what I do. And that’s mainly because every day I hear good news from my clients about the changes they are making, and it’s great to be part of that journey. Sometimes it can be very challenging or highly emotional, but it’s worth it for all the happy endings.
No two people are the same, or have exactly the same problems, but I have a wealth of experience and knowledge, and a commitment to help you change your life for the better. Since 2001 I have also developed very effective strategies to deal with addictions. If the addiction you have a problem with isn’t listed I can almost certainly still help you as the principles for all addictions are very similar, and help is just a call, text or email away.
These days I live in Hornchurch with Donna, our daughter, Katie, and our young son, Morgan. I now have practices in the City of London, Stratford, South Woodford, Romford and Walthamstow. I have continued my hypnotherapy and counselling training to advanced level, gained a first class honours degree in psychology, and trained in a range of other therapeutic approaches.
