Rob qualified in December 1993 and became a director of Ledger Sparks in July 1997. Since then he has built up an impressive portfolio of clients. Rob provides tax, accounting and business growth and improvement solutions to small and medium size enterprises. He has over the years helped a number of his clients grow from small business start-ups to multi-million turnover companies.
Daniel qualified in 2000 and became a director of Ledger Sparks in July 2006 and already has a substantial portfolio of established and growing businesses.
Daniel provides assistance to clients in all areas of their business including start up advice, systems advice, assisting with budgeting, cash flows and management accounts as well as tax planning for both companies and individuals.
Daniel also has extensive knowledge of Limited company and Charity Audits.
Ziona, Janet and Pat support the Directors and provide secretarial services to them.
We are able to provide dedicated in-house bookkeeping services for our clients
Carol is responsible for our payroll department and provides both internal and external services which include monthly/weekly payroll runs, CIS, year end returns as well as annual schemes.
Amanda is responsible for the Personal Taxation department and provides personal tax advice and prepares personal tax returns with Diran’s assistance.
Clive qualified in 1976 and founded the company with Graham Ledger in the early 1980's. He is responsible for advising many family companies and has extensive small business experience over 25 years including advising clients on starting a business, getting it established and selling it when the owners retire.
