About Our Company
Chauffeur Services Group consists of three companies which provide a wide range of services to suit any budget or need.
The company has been trading for over 22 years, starting off as a one- man- band by the company director Mr Stephen Gray, and over the years we built our empire up in the Hadleigh Area by doing a variety of work ranging from Suffolk County Council contracts to long distance Airport transfers and local work in the Hadleigh Area.
In the year 2000 we decided to start an executive vehicle hire company to run alongside Town & Country Cars. Serving more a corporate market, this company started off as
, and as we grew, we became Chauffeur Services (UK) Ltd. In 2003 this change occurred after the decision to become VAT registered and purchased the limited company.
The two companies continued to run alongside each other, and just recently in 2012 we made the leap to expand the Group further by taking over a company in the Woolbridge area called Envirocars. After this take over, we began to expand our service area between these two locations and therefore we now find ourselves covering the whole of Suffolk . This has enabled us to employ staff from Ipswich, Martlesham and many other areas in Suffolk and the North East Essex in addition to our control base area.
We have now added a third company called
; this company will operate in conjunction with Mercars Executive Travel and Town and County Cars, with the parent company being named the Chauffeur Services Group which will serve the whole of Suffolk and East Essex.
