It became evident that there was a demand for Estate Planning services and the business moved from Farnborough, Hampshire to Exeter in Devon. The core business specialises in Wills, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Asset Protection, Funeral Plans and Estate Administration. In addition, we provide Document Drafting services to IFA's, Accountants, Will Writers and Estate Planning professionals.
The company is a corporate Member of the Institute of Paralegals and we carry £5 million Professional Indemnity Insurance.
Most of our Continued Professional Development is provided by Central Law Training to ensure our staff are always up to date with changes and updates to the services we provide.
