Potteries Powder Coating Ltd was established in 2001 in Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire, by brothers Steve and Brian Hammond when it was recognised that a quality, locally based, powder coating company was needed as large amounts of work was being shipped out of the area adding to time and expense to local fabricators.
Potteries Powder Coating was initially set up to provide a quality, locally based, powder coating service within and around Stoke-on-Trent. Following the ongoing success of the business, we now have the volume handling potential to provide our services all over the midlands.
As a progressive company, Potteries Powder Coating has continued to invest in it's facilities and in 2007 acquired a new large capacity automated phosphating machine to replace our exsisting dip tank system, thereby speeding up and streamlining our pre-treatment operations prior to the final powder coating process.
As a general jobbing shop, Potteries Powder Coating serves a broad range of companies and welcomes new enquiries from all areas. The vast majority of current work is spread across the sheet metal and engineering sectors and also the automotive, electronics and electrical industry.
Another large area of Potteries Powder Coating's work includes the powder coating of external architectural louvres, alluminium extrusions, security grills, collapsible gates and wrought iron railings.
