Fiona has enjoyed a successful career within the NHS, having worked within Primary Care for 22 years, 6 as a practice manager. Whilst working for one of the largest suppliers of clinical systems for primary care, a gap was identified within the market place. Insight Solutions was born in 2001, a thriving training & consultancy service provider to the NHS. The success of the company is built on flexibility and the ability to develop innovative services to meet the ever changing NHS initiatives.
Laura joined Insight in October 2011 as our office admin apprentice. As well as completing her level 2 NVQ in Business Admin she quickly learnt the ropes of our busy office & became invaluable to the company. As a result, in April 2012, Laura was made a permanent fixture as our admin assistant. Laura is generally the first contact point most customers will have when they call into our office. Laura deals with any queries or bookings as well as organising venues for our annual training programmes & ensuring that the training consultants have everything they need to deliver the best possible training solutions to you. Laura subsequently completed her NVQ level 3 in business & admin.
Lisa has more than 10 years HR management experience. Based in Worcestershire, her experience has been gained mainly with large retail organisations, developing managers to deal with all the complexities that managing people brings. Lisa appreciates that smaller organisations do not have the HR support that larger organisations have and is keen to work with practices to help develop them in all areas of HR as well as supporting practice managers in areas such as disciplinary, performance management, absence management, recruitment and much more.
Julie joined Insight in August 2013 to help establish & maintain Insight Academy – the qualifications side of our business. Julie is a qualified assessor & internal verifier having worked in the education sector for 15 years. She has successfully guided many learners through their qualifications as part of her role with the Princes Trust.
