Jay and Lindsey, our operations coordinators manage the cleaning schedule for our Independent customers and ensure operatives carry out work as planned and to the standards expected. As Operations Director Justin works closely with our National customers to ensure we continue to be recognised as ‘the leading window cleaning company across the UK’. Providing customers with answers about Health & Safety legislation, training and qualifications for different window cleaning methods, auditing our operatives, helping a customer arrange an additional clean and supporting both Jay and Lindsey ensures Justin’s role is both enjoyable and challenging.
As Marketing Director, Jason is responsible for maximising and managing new business opportunities across all channels. Digital Marketing is Jason’s field of expertise. To continue to grow our brand and customer base Jason uses email marketing, Google, Bing, Facebook and Yell PPC, Social Media Management, Blogging and other viral marketing. With more than five years experience designing and developing lead generation websites, Jason is fully aware of what does and doesn’t work with a website. He believes that the delivery of quality content is the foundation to succeeding with any website. If people find content on a website informative and interesting they will stay longer and that can only be a good thing. Jason believes that building Trust with Google will be rewarded.
