Nav opened The Physio Workshop in the early part of 2003 having taken over the Luton Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Cliinic in Rondini Ave. Nav began work at the Lister Hospital in Stevanage as a junior therapist. He went on to work at Milton Keynes General and The Luton & Dunstable Hospital before becoming a Senior I therapist at the Red Cross in Bletchley. A Lutonian born and bred, he now serves his local community by providing a very hands on personal approach to all his clients. He takes a particular interest in biomechanics and their effect on the body. His ethos centres around pin pointing the root causes of conditions to most effectively manage them.
" A friend recommend Nav as he had helped them with their back problem's, so I booked myself in for a consultation. The customer service was excellent and so was the service and price. I recommend him to anyone who has the same sort of issue's.
"Nav helped me through a series of back, muscle and nerve problems. Even though they seemed insurmountable, Nav calmly sorted them and helped me greatly. His cheery and professional manner made the sessions so much more bearable!" Zahra from London.
