SIP Trunking is where voice and data traffic are combined over a single network connection, unlike traditional methods which deliver them separately. The biggest motivation for any business to move to SIP Trunking is the immediate and substantial cost savings.

For many businesses, broadband is fine. But one of the drawbacks is that the speed can slow down at busy times of the day. A leased line offers an uncontended service with a 1:1 contention ratio you always get exactly the same speed, no matter what time of day it is.
We would like to take this opportunity to reassure all CT customers that we continue to provide the highest levels of data protection and security available and that all patches for Windows included within the contract will be automatically set to install as soon as they are released. The Firmware and VMware updates, however, require manual installation, and once released, CT customers will be advised and can request this installation.
