We are an award winning training provider recognised for our quality

What’s special about Eden Training? Our passion, knowledge, integrity and we never take short cuts!

Thursday is our main college day where we are open from 9.30am – 9pm for learners to come in and speak to an assessor and use our computers and other resources to work in a relaxed environment.

We have fairly small class sizes which works well so everyone can be involved and we have courses available for all ages with many different types of funding available. Our assessors are always available by phone or email as well as on college days for continued support and our admin team are always happy to help where possible.

We were very proud when one of our Children & Young People’s Workforce level 3 Apprentice’s – Lucy Bethell from Nanna’s Day Nursery won Apprentice of the year at the Countywide Business Awards in May 2014.

we like to feel we are good at what we do and it’s encouraging when Ofsted, City & Guilds, the Institute for Leadership and Management, CACHE and others endorse this. The odd business award is encouraging too.

We have been made aware of some confusion created by companies in other parts of the Country and Essex using similar names (Eden College, Eden Training Solutions, Eden Alternative Training, Eden Training Consultancy etc) but we are not connected.

If you search for Eden Training Ltd you will have no trouble finding us because we are the first and the best!

The company’s focus on meeting individual needs has contributed to excellent achievement rates well above the national average. Managing Director, Judith Saxon says “we recognise that our staff are our most important asset and continual development means we can all work innovatively and in a learner focussed way”.

Eden Training was a winner at the prestigeous Essex Countywide Business Awards in 2008 and one of the three finalists in 2009. The awards recognise sustained and outstanding performance in Staff Training and Development.

Eden Training has an impressive history of being recognised as an industry front-runner in terms of performance. In 2004 Eden Training was a winner in the Southend Small Business Awards having been proud finalists in the Annual Southend Small Business Awards in 2003.

Eden Training was a winner at the Essex Countywide Business Awards in 2005 and a finalist again in 2006.
