We Need your help!!
We are looking for volunteers to help us at our big Sadcase Vehicle Show on Sunday 29th July 2018. If you can give us a hand please contact Kevin Jappe his email is:
Storrington recreation ground. The event is staged by SADCASE with the support of Storrington and Sullington Parish Council. From the massive success in 2016 and this year we are back again for hopefully a even
better show in 2018. Weather permitting cars will range from Ferraris, Lamborghinis and Aston Martins through to MX-5s and some fantastic Minis. It seemed as though just about every marque was represented on the day. The bikes included a big gathering of gleaming Harley Davidsons. Last but not least, were three classic David Brown Tractors that looked as they must have done the day they came off the production line many years ago. Good food, beer and a bit of music will help complete a great atmosphere, with everyone enjoying themselves in the sunshine. All proceeds from the event are to be donated to the well known local charity The Mary How Trust. Keep watching the news section of the website for further updates as they come through on this event-planning is very much in place at present!
Announced today! This has to be THE event of the year for anyone with an interest in classics! The third Storrington Classic Vehicle Show held at the Storrington recreation ground. You may or may not know that the SADCASE Car Club runs with a lot of effort from a small group of members who collectively are known as the 'Gearbox'. We do not have a committee as such and rely on the Gearbox members to arrange and organise all the events. The club has recently had two of its finest and hard working Gearbox members stand down to make way for some fresh blood within the group and now is your chance to put something back in to your club. We are looking for an events person. Young or old, male or female or even a couple it does not matter as long as you are happy to coordinate some events (maybe 3 or 4) during the year and come to 4 Gearbox meeting per year. It is of course a voluntary position and there is no pay for doing it but the perk of the job is that you have events running how you want them. If this position interests you and you feel you have the time and commitment for it then please let us know through the contact page of the website.
Why is it different? Because there is NO membership fee, NO committee (to tell you what to do) and NO regular agenda. You just visit the website to see where we are meeting next (usually a pub) for a chat between like minded individuals. Bring along your pride and joy if you want and show it off to other sadcases, or just bring yourself along for a chat.
On this page we have links and numbers to other organisations websites which we are affiliated with or endorse. Certain companies listed below do offer SADCASE members a discount on presentation of their membership card. If you run a local business that you would like listed just e-mail us the details. If you are already listed and would like us to add or delete descriptions just let us know.
