We are fully registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to provide residential care and domiciliary care services, including supported accommodation and support to people in their own homes. All support and risk plans are assessed and overseen by qualified mental health professionals either in social work or nursing. Our registered managers hold the Registered Managers Award and are trained and qualified in a range of areas relating to practice.

Ashness care has a focus on recovery and developing independence safely. To achieve this, all staff receive regular supervision on their professional practice and in relation to key working and supporting people who use our services.

Each client is provided with a named support worker who regular monitors their progress according to their care plan.

24 Hour waking staff shifts in the care homes and a 24 hour help-line for domiciliary care service users plus emergency call out.
