We offer a comprehensive range of horse products that have been carefully selected to provide everything you require for horse and rider at a price you can afford. All the staff share a passion for the outdoors and for customer service.
Our aim at our Stockley Outdoor & Equestrian shops is to find products every season that provide good value for money and then create a strong working relationship with the suppliers and pass our discount on to the customer. Our reputation and ours success is based on this principle.
With a team of over 14 you may not have met us all but you can be sure of a smiley face whichever store you visit! Not everyone works on the shop floor but our work ethic is the same and we all chip in! The customer always comes first so on a busy day even the MD can be found helping our customers with a purchase. All the staff have a keen interest in the outdoors and although we don’t all have horses our passion for the Countryside is felt by all.
Our staff are fun and friendly but they are also knowledgable, professional & efficient so we can pride ourselves on having the best customer service around. With the longest standing member of staff coming up to her 10th year at Stockley there is a lot of loyalty which only comes from a happy business.
The staff have regular training across all the products from walking boots to Horse rugs, Horse feed to wellies and riding hats to Electric fencing! Got a really taxing question? Just ask, we have a supplier library of over 200 companies across several industries so in the unlikely event we can’t answer your question, we’re pretty sure we’ll know someone who will!
Whether you would like advice on the nearest Tourist Information for local walks and sights or you’ve just moved to the area and would like to check out the local riding schools – look no further! The staff at the stores will be more than happy to help. We have notice boards in both stores which are always full of local competitions and events across Sussex including Goodwood racecourse, Cowdray Polo and Local Country Fairs.
I use Stockley because I like to try and support local businesses. We used to visit Stockley in Littlehampton and were thrilled to learn that a shop was coming to Midhurst. All the staff there could not be more helpful, if they don’t have it in stock they will order it in for you. Recently I have needed some advice on giving my mare a calmer to help her, the help I got was amazing! So for an allround lovely service I would recommend Stockley all the way!!
