It is highly likely that your landlord or building managers will require it anyway, but as a matter of course we produce risk assessments and method statements specifically for the works we are about to carry out and ensure the possibility of accident or injury to our workers and your staff is minimised. In the unlikely event of an incident, we carry comprehensive all-risks public liability insurance which provides cover for all our employees and contractors and your staff or other building users against accidents, injuries or damage to your property caused by our workers or as a result of our activities.
