M & Sons recently did a loft conversion for us. We are so happy with the end product. The workmanship was great and not only did they keep to their deadline but we kept to our budget which was great.

We recently decided to renovate our house instead of moving. I had been recommended to Meni by a friend so decided to meet with him. He put me in touch with his architect and together we worked out the best way to utilise existing space whilst also adding space with a back and side extension as well as a full refurb and modernisation to the house. We had to move out and rent and I was very nervous about running over the completion date as we didnt want any additional expenses but the work actually was finished a week early which is unheard of with builders! M&Sons managed the whole project and took the stress away as we did not have to meet with building control or call the local authority as they took care of all that. They also helped us with our selection of bathrooms and kitchen and advised which would work best in the space, which my wife found very helpful. We are delighted with our house. So happy we took the decision to do this - its like a new house!

Myself and my business partner bought a house in Hendon to convert into 2 flats and 3 bedsits. M &Sons finished this for us last week. As M&Sons had worked with Landlords before, they knew which suppliers to use to ensure that the quality is good, its not too expensive but looks good. All rooms and flats are already let and look great. Also was great not to have to deal with the gas and electric companies regarding installation of meters as Debbie dealt with it all for us. One other great thing about their service is each flat has a pack for tenants which has manuals, safety certificates etc. Have used other builders on projects such as these and M&Sons really impressed us.
