We manufacture tooling and components to offer fast breakdown repairs to assembly equipment to minimise production disruption.
We provide a fully equipped fabrication service in-house.
This enables us to provide our customers with a turn-key solution to their problems. The service we provide can produce to your specifications or we can design and manufacture a personalised product. based on a collaborative approach
A&M design for manufacture, developing innovative techniques to ensure parts can successfully make the transition from technical drawing to finished product.
We work on projects of any scale, from consulting on mechanical or aerodynamic design to manufacturing an entire engine and transmission system.
We can advise on all aspects of product design and development, from mechanics to materials. This includes support on the mechanical calculations to validate a design, carrying out calculations of stress or structure which we then triangulate with finite element analysis.
