Biocraft Ltd is based in Reading, Berkshire and is a well established specialist contractor. We are full members of the Property Care Association (PCA), the British Wood Preserving and Damp Proofing Association (BWPDA) and the Basement Waterproofing Association (BWA), the Federation of Master Builders and Constructionline. We work closely with these organisations to ensure the quality of our workmanship. We were awarded the Property Care Association (PCA) project of the year and employee of the year awards in 2016.

Biocraft is an approved contractor for Triton Systems Ltd and Isola Platon cavity membrane basement waterproofing systems. Triton Systems are the leading manufacturers of remedial products and cavity membrane basement waterproofing products for the building preservation industry.
As members of the Property Care Association (PCA), Biocraft is authorised to offer GPI insured guarantees which provides a back up to the Biocraft company guarantee. The GPI insured guarantee provides you and future owners of the property with the benefit of “guarantee protection”. As a member of the PCA and FMB we are members of TRUSTMARK – Government Endorsed Standards.
Biocraft Ltd is committed to quality, safety and the environment. We work with the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) and the Thames Valley Construction Training Association (TVCTA) in relation to the training and development of our staff.
Biocraft supports apprentices in the damp proofing industry
Our tradesmen are time served and qualified in their specific trade. We are committed to staff development and currently employee 4 apprentices. Our staff have Construction Skill Certification Scheme (CSCS) cards and are fully trained on all aspects of Health and Safety including Asbestos, Lone working, Fire prevention and all relevant safe practices. Our staff are full time employees and vehicles are fully sign written. We carry £10 million and £5 million Employers and third party public liability insurance, in addition to full building contracts insurance and professional indemnity insurance.
