121 Computer’s company policy is to offer more high quality brand name products at a cheaper price than anyone locally and to achieve online prices in a high street store in Diss.

Customers can bring their computer in for advice and help. There is no charge for an engineer advising on the work that needs to be carried out. Customers are contacted by telephone and given updates as work progresses and diagnostics are made.

The decision to move to new premises on the Victoria Road has been an overwhelming success, and was made simply to give the ever growing army of loyal customers an even better range of products and services.

121 Computers is open for business from Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm and Saturday 9:00am to 4:00pm.

We are a local family business that has been supporting its customers and local businesses for 16 years, originally trading from our humble beginnings at the old Shelfanger Hall premises and now enjoying a very successful tenth year in the landmark building on Victoria Road in Diss that includes a large car park and disabled access.

We at 121 Computers build, repair, upgrade, service and sell computers, all at our outstanding, glass fronted premises on Victoria Road. We have a large 7000sq ft custom built premises, state of the art workshops and a fantastic large retail sales area with new enhanced product range.
