Precision sheet metal product manufacturing requires a high level of detail and care. When cutting sheet metal, there are effectively two options: sheet metal punching and laser cutting. Whilst punching can be a more cost-effective and inexpensive option when cutting more commonly-shaped products, laser cutting offers a precise and often highly specific sheet metal shape.

Our Project Management team can manage and oversee the entire metal manufacturing journey from concept design through to assembly and delivery, saving our clients valuable time. Alternatively, our clients have the option to outsource a portion of their product development to us, such as powder coating an existing product, or assembling parts of a product and we will play our part in creating the full finished metal products.

With our ability to precision manufacture a wide and varied range of shop fittings, POS and display items from free standing units (FSUs) for clothing, to bespoke point of sale stands for cosmetics and perfume, our metal working team collaborates with retail, brand and agency clients to develop their designs and manufacture them into a finished product, ready for delivery to their stores.
