4. Recommendations must be for businesses which advertise on the Website or the Arrow Advertiser magazine and which are no longer than one hundred (100) words. We may contact the business or you to verify a Recommendation.
9. The promoter of the competition is Arrow Publishing Ltd.
10. Employees and friends and relatives of employees of both the business which is the subject of the Recommendation and the Arrow Advertiser are not permitted to enter the competition.
11. Arrow Advertiser will make a cash donation is subject to change each month to the nominated charity of the winning Participant. The nominated charity must be based in England and Wales and registered with the Charity Commission.
