General Maintenance company- The early days

General Maintenance Company (GMC) started life making repossessed properties safe, habitable, and suitable for the sales market. Current owner Denise Pike bought GMC in 2003, having worked at the company since its inception. Over the years Denise’s expertise and enthusiasm has helped grow the business. Not only by expanding the GMC team, but increasing the range of property maintenance services offered.

GMC’s years of experience mean we know the property maintenance industry inside out, and are always willing to pass this knowledge on. Advising on the best way to handle maintenance issues, and prioritise work to maintain property value. We are proud of the fantastic relationships built up over the past 25 years, both with clients and contractors.
