This was later sold very profitably to Littlewoods.
Has successfully run her own training and consultancy business for over 23 years and has been responsible for staff induction, management and training and in helping staff growth and development.

In a voluntary capacity, Gina has also held Trustee positions in a range of not-for-profit oganisations, including chairing a victim support scheme that under her chairmanship initiated the first Witness Service at a Magistrates Court which after its success was undertaken by the Home Office to be provided at all Magistrates Courts.
