Rex Electrical Services Ltd is a small privately owned business, formed in 2002 after the merger of 2 long established electrical contracting businesses. The origins of the business go back to 1919 with the incorporation of Dean’s Electrical & Engineering Co Ltd and from 1957 with the formation of Rex Fire Prevention Ltd.
Rex Fire Prevention specialised in fire extinguishers and fire extinguishant systems and this led to the formation of Rex Electrical Company in 1981 specialising in electrical infrastructure for computer rooms. From these early days we now have a wealth of experience in this specialised market sector.
We offer a full in-house design and build service and pride ourselves on the service we provide to all our clients. Our Engineers are trained and experienced in all aspects of commercial installations, and are fully conversant with current Electrical and Health & Safety legislation.
Based in Sheffield, we offer a nationwide service with projects completed across the length and breadth of the UK, and also in Ireland and the Isle of Man. Since its formation the business has grown in stature and reputation and is recognised nationally with a reputation for delivering total customer commitment and a quality service.
