Despite the advances in technology, we will insist that all orders are individually handled by one of our full trained craftsmen. This allows us to inspect every item during processing. Only when we are satisifed that each component is finished to the highest possible standard will we pass it to our packaging department. Here each item is carefully and securely wrapped in its own clearly labeled packaging, ready for shipping. We do not rely on random checks. At Douglas each and every product is minutely checked again before we allow it to leave.

For major manufacturers or stockists we are able to offer warehouse space to hold free issue stock. This gives our customers the opportunity to reduce their stock level of finished goods, safe in the knowledge that, with controlled accurate scheduling, we can deliver the goods as they are needed. We can collect from your premises and returned the finished articles to most parts of the UK, usually within seven days, using our own fleet of delivery vehicles. In exceptional circumstances we may use reputable courier companies, but in all cases goods in transit are fully insured.
