From this starting point Permarail has continued to grow its expertise and knowledge base to now cover the EMC aspects for the entire railway. Many projects have been successfully completed for electrification, rolling stock, stations, depots and railway infrastructure in the UK, North America, Canada, India and Hong Kong.

From the outset an aim of Permarail has been to link together with other specialist and experienced engineers to form teams for the project work. This has advantages for the clients namely; experience gained from the successful completion of projects can be applied to new projects, that engineers with the required experience are available to work on the project as a team, its leads to creative discussions between the engineers, promotes enthusiasm and most important provides deliver of the work on schedule and to budget.
