– I started working in Kitchens at the age of 15 alongside school which made me want to train to be a Chef which I went on to complete a 2 year course in once I finished school. I worked as a chef for 15 years in a variety of establishments from busy Hotels to Gastro Pubs and Fine Dining Restaurants. I spent my last 5 years as a chef for a large contract catering company working my way up from a CDP to a Chef manager running my own unit.

Setting up my own successful business at the age of 25.

Supporting unemployed people with the process of starting up their own businesses.
