Our history, the future for us and new business start-ups
Wray Brothers started over 25 years ago. Though, we were called ‘Willy Wiper’ back then but that’s another story for another day.
Over the years we’ve developed our staying power by looking after our loyal customers and despite the current economic climate we continue to grow. Yet we have never forgotten the help we received when we were starting up.
That is possibly, why we are so pleased with our latest development - the opening of our new Business Enterprise Centre. Through support and mentoring it is our intention to help fledgling businesses, presently we have businesses in place occupying the Enterprise Centre. Phase 2 of the 48,000sq ft development is to renovate the remaining office space to accommodate more new start-up businesses. Watch this space . . .
We have built-up an extensive range of janitorial supplies with approximately 4000 cleaning products on-hand ready to deliver, promptly. Our range of hygiene supplies includes cleaning chemicals, cleaning equipment and personal protective equipment such as protective gloves, safety spectacles, high vis workwear and various other items including workwear supported by a personalised printing and embroidery service.
As well as being a quality cleaning equipment and ppe supplier we have developed an excellent reputation for providing a dependable washroom service. Wray Bros is now one of the leading organisations on Merseyside for the total provision of hygiene supplies and washroom services to help businesses manage their own customer expectations.

With over 20 years cleaning supply experience we firmly believe the cleaning industry is generally undervalued in the impact it has in managing the overall perception of a building has on staff and customers alike. To help raise the profile of the hard and skilled work required to effectively maintain a clean, safe working environment we at Wray Bros promote the importance of certificated training. We have an unrivalled reputation as a leading provider of quality training. Approaching 2000 cleaning operatives have been trained by Wray Bros e.g. courses available include, Safe use of cleaning equipment, Biohazards and COSHH & pH. The Hygiene Audit can be undertaken within any building to evaluate the cleaning regime and the hygiene of each room, surface by surface. Based on the results a report is created that outlines our recommendations for areas of improvement to help improve the hygiene score as well as the premises overall appearance.
