PT Projects offer all these and more. Established for over ten years, we have grown to a medium-sized practice with a combined industry experience of over 150 years!

As you’d expect, we pay close attention to detail – although there’s more to PT Projects than number crunching. We really understand the importance of design, both from the viewpoint of what the architect is intending and why the client chooses a particular design. This helps us prioritise design-critical aspects of a project and identify where changes can be made and how they will affect timings, costs and quality.

What’s more, PT Projects are always prepared to go the extra mile to make sure your project is a success. Where necessary, we intervene to ensure that contractors or other consultants do what they are supposed to do. We are never afraid to let the client know if we believe they need to re-assess their resources or if the scope of works is out of line with the project or budget.

We are a firm of experienced Quantity Surveyors established in 2002 who have grown steadily and are passionate about what we do and the projects that we work on. PT Projects offer a variety of services including QS, Project Management, and CDM-C. Our experience covers a broad range of sectors both in the UK and abroad, and we particularly enjoy the challenge of working on interesting and unique projects.
