Mark has over 25 years experience of buying, refurbishing, letting, selling and managing residential property in the North of England both on a professional and private basis.
Mark began his property career in estate agency straight after leaving school. He quickly worked his way up to Area Manager level for both corporate and independent Estate Agency chains and after 10 years in the industry left to start his own business.
Mark realized that there was an opportunity to provide a similar service to other financial institutions and asset managers. Since 1993 clients have included:- Barclays, NatWest, Woolwich, HSBC, Northern Rock, Pascoe Facilities Management, The Property Appraisal Company and Homecheck amongst others.
In 1997 Mark began to assist private individuals to invest in residential property in the North of England and MRA Property Investments was created. The business converted to limited company status in 2002 and since then has successfully assisted over 200 individuals and investments funds to purchase more than 750 properties.
