I have worked in Learning, Development and HR for over 20 years and still get a tremendous buzz from helping others to succeed.
Since setting up my business in 1998, I have designed and delivered a wealth of management, team and personal development programmes for many organisations in the private and public sectors. I currently work extensively with Housing Associations with whom I have set up and co-ordinate a network for HR and L&D professionals working collaboratively to discuss and resolve universal issues.
I have travelled extensively and observed many different cultures at first hand, which has helped me to develop and enhance my skills in effective communication and confidence building.
