We carry out all types of construction contracts in sectors including education, commercial, healthcare and residential. Our construction clients include local authorities, NHS trusts and social housing providers, as well as commercial, industrial and residential clients.
Burmor Construction started as a family firm in 1978, and has since grown into a company of approximately 40 employees. We carry out all types of construction contract, ranging from £0 to £3million in value. Our regular clients include local authorities, NHS Trusts and social housing providers, as well as private commercial, industrial and residential clients. We are experienced in all forms of procurement, including partnering, design and build and traditional forms of contract.
Our regular projects for local authorities include the construction of, and extensions, alterations and refurbishments to, schools, community halls, libraries and all other types of public buildings. In hospitals we have long experience in the alteration and refurbishment of existing hospital buildings to provide new wards, surgeries and theatres. For social housing providers we have constructed new social housing, as well as carrying out alterations and refurbishment to existing social housing stock, including grant works and adaptions for accessibility. In the private sector we have constructed new offices, shop units, factories and new private dwellings from large, luxury houses to smaller, affordable homes.
