The Fresh Recruits team in Bournemouth comprises professional, enthusiastic and experienced recruitment consultants and advisors from a variety of backgrounds. It is thanks to them and our lovely and efficient support staff that our recruitment agency runs so efficiently and successfully.
Jo started Fresh Recruits in 2002 with the vision of providing a Fresh Recruitment experience to both clients and candidates. Being a hands on Consultant is what Jo enjoys and she still runs her own recruitment desk working closely with both clients and candidates. In 2014 Jo completed her CIPD in Human Resource Management at Poole College.

Jess initially joined Fresh Recruits as a Recruitment Co-ordinator. However, she has enjoyed speaking to candidates so much that she has now moved into a Trainee Consultant role and is enjoying the challenge of managing her own clients and candidates. She has exceptional 'people skills' and is a tremendous judge of character. Jess enjoys staying active and spends most of her time outdoors. But at the same time is first to admit that she wouldn’t mind relaxing in the sun, sipping on a nice cocktail every now and again!
With a successful track record in a variety of sectors, we are pleased to welcome Amy Ringrose to the Fresh Recruits team. Amy is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients and will always aim to make the recruitment process as easy as possible for all involved. A keen music lover, Amy enjoys belting out a classic 90’s power ballad (Celine Dion to be precise!). She is also a Gin & Tonic connoisseur!
We are pleased to welcome Katrina Michel as our new Recruitment Consultant at our Bournemouth office. She will be responsible for placing permanent and fixed-term contract jobs across the South Coast in a range of commercial and service industries. A professional recruiter with high standards, she possesses a great work ethic and a genuine commitment to do the best possible job for her clients and job hunters alike. Katrina joins us at an exciting time of growth for the branch and with lots of recruitment experience her, we are sure she will be a great success!
Kerry joined the Fresh Recruits team in 2008 as a Branch Administrator and has since progressed to Administration Manager with responsibility for the Admin Team who provide an organised and efficient support service to the team of consultants. She likes to be involved in a wide variety of tasks and can multi-task with ease, a highly efficient and organised Administrator herself, Kerry ensures that the extremely busy admin function and nuts & bolts behind Fresh Recruits are running smoothly.
