Victoria Garratt – Business Manager

Responsible for the day to day management of the office and business strategy alongside Jane Lambert CEO.

In Spring 2016, I joined ECG to work with all team members in supporting the needs of the business. I have a Marketing background in the Leisure and Hospitality sectors and now focus on this area of the business.

Dr Carter read medicine at the University of Cambridge, graduating in 2007. Until summer 2016 he was a GP Partner in North Oxfordshire, where he was also a medical student tutor/examiner and represented his practice at the Clinical Commissioning Group. He now works as a portfolio GP – as a locum, in the urgent-care locality hubs, and for the out-of-hours GP service.

“Dr Carter has a special interest in emergency medicine, is an Advanced Life Support (ALS) provider, and has a substantive role with his local NHS hospital, working in their emergency department.”

“In my free time, I play saxophone and guitar in a couple of local bands and used to play drums in a female covers’ band. Love doing anything creative.”

Sam’s background was in nursing, however she has since gained 18 years’ experience of implementing and auditing management systems across a wider range of business and settings.

“I very much enjoy being part of a team who deliver a meaningful service across the country and like to use my experience to help develop and support the business. Outside of work I am a Reiki healer and love working with animals.”

I joined ECG in January 2016 after having worked for many years with children and young people within social services and education settings. I firmly believe that all people should be given the same opportunities in order to develop and should be encouraged to live their lives to the full.

Helen McNally – Business Support

Providing administration support to all areas of the business.

Since registering as a Pharmacist in 1991 I have had 15 years’ experience in community pharmacy management and am now an established Service Development Pharmacist with cross-functional experience across governance, operational, training, commercial, online and commissioning aspects of Pharmacy Services.

I have been a registered Paramedic since 2006 and initially joined ECG as a trainer in 2008, delivering BLS, vaccination and BLS Instructor courses. In 2015, I took on the role of Clinical Support to help support and develop the business.

Ensuring compliance to standards and regulations across the business.

I joined ECG in March 2017 initially to provide administration support before becoming the Compliance Officer in Dec 2017. My background and experience has been gained as a senior manager in third party logistics and supply chain over 18 years. I have experience in a wide range of skills including business process review and audit, project and operational management, empowerment and development of people.

After taking a break to have my two boys, I joined ECG in 2006 to support Jane with general administration. As the business has grown, so too has my role, responsibilities and hours. Previous professional experience was in retail training, management and claims administration.

Offering expertise to support the business in achieving its strategic vision in technological learning solutions.

As a business consultant I support a number of organisations with IT based projects to promote business efficiencies. My background is primarily in healthcare as an IT project manager, however my experience also spans the NHS, pharmaceutical and private healthcare sectors, leading in strategy, planning, education and systems administrator.
