Pole Star Products Limited began its activity in the UK in 2002
Pole Star is a flexible and dynamic company where the main emphasis is on excellent customer service.
As a company we pride ourselves on being able to offer a wide selection of products coupled with unparalleled knowledge of the replacement electric motor market. With an extensive cross reference database there are very few motors we are not able to offer suitable replacements from stock and even fewer we are unable to offer to be manufactured.
Until 2011 Pole Star Products was a 50% shareholder in Elco UK
, Elco UK operated out of the same premises and many of the staff shared roles in the two firms. As our staff worked in some circumstances simultaneously for both firms we have a knowledge base that is unparalleled in the UK HVAC market for both OEM and spares supply.
We are also the UK’s first point of call for low quantity spares enquiries for shaded pole motors;
