Europeople was set up in 2003 by Husband and Wife team John and Louise Davison after they encountered difficulties trying to recruit workers to their farm, Europeople soon become the leading agricultural recruitment specialist in the UK. After eight years, the business that began life in a farmhouse, now has two offices – one in the UK and one in Poland – and has successful agricultural and industry divisions.
Sourcing predominately European migrant labour for semi-skilled, skilled and professional positions, Europeople has successfully placed thousands of workers into temporary or permanent roles across the UK. Europeople has helped hundreds of clients since its inception and many customers have worked with Europeople since its set-up.
Operating from its base near Tamworth in Staffordshire, this family business has mainly loyal, long-serving British & Polish Staff – a significant factor in the high standards of customer service the company offers to its clients and its workers.
