Who we are

Giraffe Contract was established in February 2002 by Bill Hollett (Director) and recently joined by Anne Hollett (Director) in July 2016.

The focus of the company is on the delivery of services that fully achieve the aims of clients through pragmatic and realistic approaches and the delivery of business goals. It is the effective combination of People, Process and Technology that we believe makes a business successful.

Collectively we have considerable experience in supporting business’s in the delivery of programmes to either change or improve your business performance. This is achieved through working with people (both internal and external) across the different disciplines that make up any business.

Giraffe Contract Limited combines enthusiastic focus with an extensive range of experience born out of the management and technical knowledge gained with many clients and industries in both the public and private business sector.

Lead negotiator for the South of Scotland broadband project, leading a joint team of council officials and specialists including IT, Financial, Business Users and engagement with Consultants to achieve the Scottish Executive business goals of delivering broadband services to all schools and libraries and council offices. Specification of business needs to define and deliver solutions for both internal developed products and externally sourced products – hospital systems, professional services automation and more.

Establishing a UK division for Austrian parent company including the negotiation of essential intellectual property rights, employment contracts and offices lease. Contract performance review of equipment supplier to Airwave.
