Real Insight is a small, specialist team of highly experienced hands-on consultants
Real Insight was founded by Gary Fretwell in the UK in 2001 to help companies contain their costs and develop successful electronic manufacturing outsource strategies and relationships.
Gary's unique ideas and cost management tools were developed from his 30 years manufacturing operations experience: 10 years in telecomm’s manufacturing with the UK's number one telecomm’s equipment provider and 24 years of global blue chip consulting experience. Since then the team has grown to encompass a wider range of experience in resources, financial services, consumer goods, utilities, and government projects.
The team has personally experienced the challenges that businesses have faced since the mid eighties, when computing and telephony technologies converged, and the foundations were laid for the digital world we live in today. Having begun their careers in the telecommunications industry, where this revolution started, the team has seen the impact of these technologies in other sectors and in the global marketplace.
