, we firmly believe that we offer a difference. All of our team know that to care for your precious child is one of life’s great privileges and we will never take that for granted.
We offer an excellence in childcare and education with organised, stimulating play and learning environments. We encourage each child’s individuality to shine through, enabling them to feel secure and grow in confidence and self-esteem. Most importantly, we never take our success for granted and are continually striving to ensure that we are leaders in offering the best childcare available – hence our nurseries only care for a maximum of 30 children.
We are based in South West London with nursery branches in
I decided to research the childcare sector to see what I could find, but it did not exist. I found that nurseries were larger, impersonal and were often purpose built and did not provide the stimulating environment that I was looking for. With a background in Human Resources, I found that team members were often demotivated, working long hours and not supported and valued for the hard work that I knew it must take to look after children. In essence, I wanted to ensure that the nursery where my son would be cared for was committed to providing an inclusive environment in which every child and team member would matter.
Involves children being provided with the opportunity to experience a language rich environment; develop confidence in expressing their wants, needs and feelings and being able to speak and listen in a variety of contexts.
Involves supporting children in making sense of the world around them and their community by providing opportunities to explore, observe and find out about people, places, technology and the environment.
Supports children’s motivation to learn by helping develop their concentration, ability and will to keep trying when challenges occur and celebration of completing a task.
Supports children’s thinking skills through developing ideas, making links between differing ideas and create strategies for completing a task.
Our Team observe each child at play because it helps us to understand and support their individual well-being and development. We really get to know the children as unique people with special skills, interests and ideas. The more we understand about your special child, the better we can support them in the way that is right for them.
We have external companies that will come to the nursery to provide extra-curricular activities these include dance, music, tennis, football, yoga, languages and singing. All companies that attend our nursery have fully trained and police checked staff.
These classes will support your children’s learning and development as they will complement the activities our team already provide for your children on a daily basis.
However, we employ a higher ratio overall and a higher level of qualified team than that required for 30 children as we want to provide the best quality childcare possible and believe this can be achieved with such ratios.
We are an equal opportunities employer who believe that looking after our team members is paramount. After all they are working hard to ensure that each child receives an excellence in care.
“Excellent – my child took a while to settle into a nursery environment but your team made a real effort to help him feel comfortable and secure. The team also seem to know each child and treat them individually”
