ABOUT BULLDOG PROTECTION SYSTEMS LIMITED

I’ve spent most of my life in the Cheltenham area apart from several years living and working in London. After a couple of jobs I decided to work in the electrical industry initially in contracting, then in engineering. During this time, I gained experience in fire and security which became my passion eventually deciding to specialise in this sector which I have done since 1983. I have held various positions including installation, design, service, sales, training and management eventually being appointed as a Director. I then decided to start my own business.

I started trading in 1991 creating Bulldog Protection Systems in 1993. Initially I subcontracted to various companies but realised I prefererred working directly with my own clients. We started to install fire alarm systems but clients often wanted theirs homes and premises protecting so in 1993 we commissioned our logo “Sparky” and Bulldog Protection Systems was born.

We have always prided ourselves in the quality of our workmanship and dedication to providing our customers with a service to the best of our abilities. The market is ever changing with revisions to standards and customers needs. Technology has greatly improved over the years to provide some stunning products that up to a few years ago, were only available to a select few. Market forces have opened these products up to a wider audience and we are delighted to be able to offer a wide choice of solutions to a diverse market.
