Our vehicles are all selected and specified with regard to the very exacting requirements of the services we provide e.g. Air-rideTM suspension to give the smoothest ride for the most delicate of items, heavy load hydraulic tail-lifts and extra height/width on the loading aperture. We provide a wide range of specialist equipment for the safe handling of items that may need transporting across uneven surfaces, up/ down stairs or through confined spaces etc.
Our customers are of paramount importance to us and the quality of service provided is of the highest priority.
Our experienced Customer Service personnel, based in our head office, provide a friendly and informative contact point for all enquiries. Acting as a liaison between our customers and field operatives, the Customer Services team are able to oversee every aspect of the job in hand and advise on progress, address any concerns and answer any questions.
We appreciate that moving your items can be a stressful time and our team are here to help in every way they can. By being office-based the team are able to provide a quick response and offer reassuring continuity.
The Drivers / installers have vast amounts of experience as we are delivering, positioning, relocating items daily and have had relevant training from the original equipment manufacturers.
Our safety record is testimony to the importance we place on this aspect of the services we provide. Our working practices and procedures have been developed over many years, often in collaboration with individual equipment manufacturers.
All staff undertake a full training program when joining the company and this is regularly reviewed and updated to ensure continual improvement and consistency across the entire team.
