Westmann has operated since 1996, focusing on repair and maintenance works on commercial properties. The company set out by contracting to Axima FM on their EDS account in 1997. The growth of the company has been careful, acquiring skilled personnel and suppliers, with knowledge and industry contacts of the highest quality.
The company now activley partners with leading facilities operators in the delivery of projects and maintenance solutions across the UK. Some of our clients include Liberty Living, BNFL and Lloyds TSB.
The company has maintained a profitable and growing base of operations and is looking to the future with great optimism through ongoing development of its long term partnering arrangements with key clients.
HOW CAN WE HELP?
Here at Westmann, we encourage charity fundraising by both colleagues and friends of the company.
We provide support to a select group of the UK's largest facilities maintenance companies, who in turn manage and maintain buildings and infrastructure for end user accounts within government and institutions across the UK. Such end user accounts include Hewlett Packard, Barclays, Alstom, Capgemini, Portakabin and many more.
Westmann provides a range of building fabric and technical services, which can form any part of a maintenance item or full project turnkey solutions. Our FM support services are backed up by full project management capability.
