The system enables users to manage employee details, headcount and staff turnover, holiday allowances and bookings (and other absence: sickness, maternity, etc.), remuneration (salaries, bonuses and benefits), recruitment, contracts, training needs, training records and appraisals, company cars and equipment. Reports and letters are quick and easy to produce. Absence bookings, appraisals, expenses and timesheets can be managed by employees via the optional Employee Self-Service module. An 'On-Premise' system, People Inc. provides real flexibility and can accomodate the specific needs of most organisations; screens and reports can be customised and added as required.
