Based in Hornsey Rise, we have provided a helpful and personal service to landlords and vendors since 1996. We specialise in effective marketing and comprehensive, trouble-free management of properties and tenancies.

We are a member agent of the

Our membership gives us exclusive access to a comprehensive range of tools, training and marketing which enable us to provide a high quality service and deliver better results for our landlords and vendors, as well as for tenants and buyers.

As a family firm, many of these relationships have been fostered and continue to be maintained by Ariston Founder, Antony Karageorghis. However, our entire team takes individual responsibility for the service we provide to both our long-established and our more recently acquired landlords.

Although we manage lettings and sales across North London, our office is located in Hornsey Rise. As a result, we are particularly expert in the flats and houses on the tree lined streets to the south of the Parkland Walk, and both West towards Archway Road, and Eastwards towards Crouch Hill mainland station. With a wide range of converted and purpose built bedsits and flats, as well as many fine family houses, Hornsey Rise is sometimes overlooked because of its proximity to better known neighbours like Crouch End, Archway and Manor House. This means it can offer buyers and tenants great value, while its fantastic rail, bus and underground connections mean we’re always able to secure quick lettings and good rents for landlords.

One of North London’s most popular residential villages, we manage and sell a high volume of houses and flats in all parts of Crouch End. This includes one, two and three bedroom flats and houses in the large, red brick villas on the Ferme Park Road and Mount View Road side of Crouch End, lovely family houses in the angle formed by Park Road and Tottenham Lane¬ and fantastic, purpose built flats in the blocks along Hornsey Lane. It’s Crouch End’s shopping, cafes and restaurants that make it so popular, along with its atmosphere of good natured and amiable creativity.

In some ways, Finsbury Park is the quintessential area in which to rent in North London. The Park itself is wedged in between Seven Sisters Road and Green Lanes to the East, Endymon Road to the North and the railway line into Kings Cross to the West. That means Finsbury Park overground and tube stations are at it’s Southern end, making this one of the best connected North London places to live. We manage a lot of flats in Finsbury Park, with everything from flatshares and bedsits, to smart, modern two and three bedroom properties on our books. If you own property in Finsbury Park, do give us a call. We’ve been managing letting in the area for so many years that our experience and knowledge can make the difference in getting a quick let with a good rent and quality tenant.

As you’d expect of leading North London Estate Agents, we let and sell a lot of flats, as well as family houses, in Holloway. This is principally the area either side of the Holloway Road, to the West of Arsenal’s Emirates Stadium on the one side, and going over towards Tuffnell Park on the other. Holloway has the true feel of thriving, urban North London. For landlords or tenants alike looking to let or rent bedsits or flats with anything up to four bedrooms, we’re in a great position to help. Not only do we know the Holloway area intimately, but we list new property here on an almost daily basis.¬ Holloway has a wide choice of apartments in both new, modern developments and converted from its excellent, terraced Victorian houses. And if you’re an investor (or private buyer) looking to acquire a house as either a home or for rental purposes, we have access to many off-market opportunities.

Tufnell Park lies to the South of Archway, in the angle formed by Holloway Road and Junction Road. It is more or less bordered to the South by Brecknock Road and Camden Road. The area has a wealth of converted Victorian houses creating flats and bedsits of all sizes. In addition, a great deal of development in the last few years has brought many bright, architect designed modern flats onto the rental market. As estate agents in this part of North London, we both let and sell both flats and houses in Tufnell Park on a regular basis, and provide both applicants and landlords with helpful attention to their needs.
