The members of our current Management Team have each been with the company for over 30 years and bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to all aspects of the business.
It has always been our company policy to train our own apprentices. Both our Estimating & Technical Manager and Production Manager started as apprentices and worked their way up through the company to the positions they hold today. This gives them an exceptional insight into all aspects of the company and enables them to bring their many years of experience to their management roles.
Our Tradesmen have all served their apprenticeship with Aycliffe Fabrications and remained with the company for a long time and we are currently training our latest apprentice. It is this commitment which has ensured that the skills we use on a daily basis are passed on to a new generation and builds continuity into our company. We look on our tradesman as craftsmen who take pride in each product they make.
