Hope is the newest member of our team and joined us in 2017 and is our Client Review Manager. She works alongside other members of the team to provide an efficient client support service and she is one of the first point of contacts for telephone calls and visitors to the office.
Hope’s main job is developing and maintaining the review side of the business, she is very organised and has a great rapport with clients. Her thoroughness and attention to detail are valuable attributes to this role.
She is the first point of call with regards to client reviews and her helpfulness makes clients feel comfortable contacting her if they require information on their plans or help with our website and client wealth platform.
