Carol Carpenter Training was founded by Carol Carpenter in 1996, and over the last 15 years have provided training and consultancy services to organisations all over the UK.
We work with organisations in the public sector, private sector and third sector organisations offering business advice, Consultancy, training and coaching services. All of our learning and development services and solutions are tailor-made for the organisations we work with ensuring the work remains original and relevant. We also focus strongly on a SKA-based model addressing the skills, knowledge and attitude needed for great performance.
During the last two years, the business has experienced a period of growth in terms of trainers and services available. We have developed several new and unique training products which have enhanced our existing services and offered our clients a real point of difference.
Our courses are interactive and practical, providing advice not only on application of techniques and processes, but also on "behavioural" learning. We encourage individuals to focus on their attitude and behaviour around processes as we believe it"s not what you do, but the way that you do it that makes a difference! Through all our training we provide an environment a catalytic space for people to decide to change.
Carol set up the business 18 years ago and is involved in all aspects of the training and coaching delivery.
