The Complete Blind Service is a family run business within London, which has been established since 1987. Based in Walthamstow we manufacture blinds in our factory for both Domestic and Trade customers by a fully trained team.
All of our blinds have a 3 year Guarantee and we can normally aim to supply and install the blinds within 7 to 10 working days from confirmation of your order.

We have worked hard to adapt our window blind designs and incorporate the fitting of safety mechanisms - helping to avoid the risk of injuries to vulnerable children. For your peace of mind we fit as standard a safety mechanism at no additional cost to you the customer. This is in the form of a safety cleat, in which the cord in secured to an existing wall or frame, keeping the cord out of reach. This reduces the risk of a child or vulnerable person becoming entangled in the cord or chain and complies with the child safety requirements of BS EN 13120:2009+A1:2014
All of our blinds are tested and supplied with limitations on cord and chain lengths, safety devices for preventing cords and chains from creating a hazardous loop. Each blind will be supplied with a warning and product instructions on packaging.
